Julia Celano grew up in San Diego, California, where she attended a performing arts High School. Since receiving a degree in Theatre Arts from San Francisco State, Julia has been a music teacher throughout schools in the Bay Area. Julia has also worked at the Metropolitan Educational Theatre Company directing and mentoring young performers all over Southern California. She has been working as a professional performer since the age of thirteen and some credits include The Lawrence Welk Resort, SeaWorld Productions /SeaWorld Resort, Pala Casino, Celebrity Cruises lead vocalist for four years traveling all over the world from Russia to Fiji. Julia has also toured as Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat throughout CA and New Zealand. Trained under Alex H. Urban (MET2), vocally trained by classical instructor Pandeli Lazaridi, and Tony Nominated director, lyricist and composer Barbara Damashek (Quilters 1984).
